Cash Village Holdings seeks to achieve high absolute returns with low correlation to the broader market. The company uses a decades-old financing mechanism known as Merchant Cash Advances to provide quick, flexible financing to businesses of all sizes.
Merchants receive a lump sum (not a credit line) against future business receipts. Repayments are calculated as a factor on the monies advanced.

JAMES FELLUS
Cash Village Holdings Senior Managing Director
Mr. James (Jim) Fellus is the founding member of Cash Village Holdings. In addition to spearheading investor acquisition, Jim oversees all syndication for the TVT/Cash Village platform. Over the past 37 years, Jim has held leadership positions at some of Wall Street’s premier financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Société Générale, Mabon Nugent, Advest Inc., and Stern AG.

Cash Village Holdings Managing Director
Mr. Thomas (Tom) Gallo serves as the Managing Director of Cash Village Holdings, where he leads its investor syndication efforts. Tom is a seasoned Finance Industry Executive and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. He co-founded M.S. Farrell & Co., a Wall Street investment bank and brokerage firm, where he held various C-level positions and orchestrated the successful sale of the company.

In his role as Senior Advisor at Cash Village Holdings, Harry uses his deep-seated relationships and industry knowledge to advance the platform’s marketing efforts and grow the firm’s investor base. Harry is a seasoned finance professional with over 36 years of experience in the financial markets. Harry's career has spanned that gamut of financial products, with a pedigree in risk management, alternative investments and Fixed Income from some of the world’s top institutions.
